1. Definitions

3.4 Single Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold only one kdalot account. Creating multiple accounts (also known as duplicate or multi-accounting) is strictly forbidden. If we detect multiple accounts registered to the same person, household, IP address, or device, we reserve the right to suspend or close all associated accounts, void all bets, confiscate bonuses, and withhold any winnings.

4. Account Registration

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

kdalot accepts deposits via Indonesian banks (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon) and e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay). All transactions are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method, typically starting at Rp50.000 for bank transfers and Rp20.000 for e-wallets. Deposits are typically credited to your account instantly. In rare cases where a deposit is delayed beyond 30 minutes, contact our customer support team with your transaction details. You may only deposit funds from a bank account or payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are prohibited and will be refunded.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposit. Minimum withdrawal amount is Rp100.000. There is no maximum withdrawal limit, but individual transactions may be subject to payment provider limits.
